1. Click “Start” button.
2. Type “%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\” without quotes in the search box and hit enter.
3. Rename the “Transcoded wallpaper” to “Transcoded wallpaper.old”
4. Restart the computer and check how the wallpaper is displayed.
